Ball Breaker is an exciting game that opens up a vibrant battlefield where players must face a meteor shower. Giant balls fall from above, carrying challenging numbers. Players must fire continuously to destroy all targets before they crush your weapon. Each destroyed ball brings shimmering gold coins. EXPERIENCE SUMMARY
This game features very simple gameplay. Players can flexibly use the A and D keys or the left and right keys to actively move the cannon across the battlefield. Additionally, dragging the left mouse button is also a smooth control method.
The cannon will continuously and automatically fire upwards. However, the real challenge lies in the numbers printed on each ball. It represents the number of hits required to break them. When hit by a bullet, this number decreases to zero. The unique point and also the biggest trap in Ball Breaker is the physical splitting mechanism. When a large ball is shot down, it does not disappear completely. It immediately breaks into several smaller balls with faster movement speeds. A single direct collision between the cannon and any ball ends the game immediately. So, players need to constantly move and calculate safe distances.
Upgrade system
After each level, the gold coins collected from the debris are used to improve the cannon:
- Stronger firepower: Increase the damage of each bullet to quickly weaken balls with huge numbers.
- Fire rate: Shoot faster to clear dense attack waves before they can reach the ground.
- Income boost: Get more gold coins from each destroyed target.
- Multi-shot: Turn your lone cannon into a wide-coverage firing battery.
Boss fights
Bosses in the game have the ability to fire dangerous volleys of balls. Boss battles require high concentration. Excellent dodging is more important than wild shooting. Each victory over a final boss brings a huge amount of resources. Moreover, players can unlock new challenges with increasing difficulty.
How to shoot
- Move: Drag the mouse left or right to control the cannon's movement.
- A Key: Push the cannon to the left.
- D Key: Push the cannon to the right.
Good tips
- Focus on finishing off one target at a time instead of shooting scatteredly at multiple large balls at once.
- Prioritize shooting down balls that are falling faster or are positioned lower to clear your retreat path.
- Always keep an eye on the gaps on both sides of the screen.
- Wait for the balls to bounce high before quickly dashing through to pick up loot.
- Balance damage and fire rate in the early stages to ensure stable clearing ability.
- Invest heavily in the income boost stat to optimize resources for later levels.
