Hexbound
The player's journey in Hexbound revolves around Palmer's uncompromising. He has to fight against the corruption spreading across dimensions. You must overcome 60 challenging levels distributed across five unique and harsh worlds.
The first world is the Haunted Castle. Ancient, gloomy stone corridors contain wandering spirits. Monsters lurk in the shadows. Next, players will face the bone-chilling cold at the Antarctic Frozen Research Facility. This is a remote place full of forbidden scientific secrets. If you survive, the journey will continue to the Ancient Egyptian Relics. This place contains tombs full of dusty traps and waking mummies protecting treasure. The fourth world is the Abandoned Laboratories. Failed biological experiments have created extremely terrifying mutant creatures. Finally, the destination of the journey is Hell, teeming with demons. Here, the eternal fire will burn away all hope. This is also the domain of the most powerful demon bosses.
To complete each level, you need to:
- Explore complex mazes.
- Look for corresponding colored keys to open locked doors.
- Activate hidden switches to open secret paths.
- Solve tricky environmental puzzles.
Find the final exit of each level. Get closer to completely destroying the source of corruption.
GAMEPLAY EXPLORATION
Here, players will step into the darkest dungeons featuring the most bizarre monsters. Players will use the WASD keys or arrow keys to move the character Palmer. He will walk through narrow corridors. Left-clicking helps the character fire their main weapon, showering enemies with fiery bullets. Right-clicking helps him perform secondary attacks or activate powerful spells.
Additionally, the space key is used to jump over obstacles or dodge low-range monster attacks. The shift key helps the character run fast. When the weapon runs out of ammo, the R key helps you reload quickly. To switch flexibly between weapon types, scroll the mouse wheel or use the number keys from 1 to 4. Finally, the E key is used to interact with the environment. Such as opening doors, flipping switches, or picking up valuable items along the way.
Diversity of weaponry and magic system
The game provides players with up to 38 different types of weapons:
- Basic pistol.
- High-impact close-range shotgun.
- Automatic rifle.
- Heavy weapon with wide-area destructive power.
Combined with that are eight unique supernatural spells. This allows Palmer to summon mystical energies to burn, freeze, or weaken enemies.
Character progression system
After completing each level, players will receive gold and upgrade points. You can use these resources to increase Palmer's basic stats, including:
- Maximum health.
- Magic usage.
- Damage strength.
- Ammunition storage capacity.
Customizing permanent support skills helps your character grow stronger and stronger. Ready to face tougher challenges in subsequent worlds.
