Wave Rider

Wave Rider is an exhilarating, high-speed surfing game. Players will become brave surfers, starting their journey from the top of a towering waterfall and plunging into rushing rapids. You must control your board to go as far as possible in an infinite open world. Obstacles appear constantly, and the speed increases over time. There is no finish line, only new records set by your own persistence. Besides surviving, your mission is to collect shimmering shells along the way. These spoils allow you to unlock unique new surfboards with different handling capabilities. Dodge obstacles and gather resources wisely.

THE SUMMER FUN

The journey begins the moment you click on the screen. Your board will dash forward at extreme speeds. To steer left, use the A key or Left key. Conversely, use the D key or right key to veer right. When encountering small rocks, press the W key or up key to perform a spectacular jump. Coordinating side-to-side movement with jumping creates a dance on the water, allowing your character to glide smoothly and survive. Remember, the controls in Wave Rider have a sense of drift and momentum. You shouldn't press the keys too hard or too long; instead, tap them gently to adjust your direction.

How to slide

• Turn left: A / LEFT.
• Turn right: D / RIGHT.
• Jump: W / UP.

Tips and tricks

• Keep your board in the center of the screen when there are no obstacles.
• Surviving to go further brings more rewards than risking your life for a few small shells.
• Make the most of ramps to perform high jumps.
• Focus on the space ahead instead of staring at your board.
